In this intimate circle, only 11 women come together each month for live weekly Zoom sessions filled with compassion, community, and healing. You’ll have space to share your story, connect with others who truly understand, and learn how to transform your pain into personal power.

Each week we’ll explore gentle shifts in healing—through reflection, body awareness, journaling, and meaningful homework assignments—to help you find peace, purpose, and strength within your grief.
